If you have a Mac, you are in luck. If you have a .Mac account, you are extra lucky. It's a snap to put a podcast online!!

Once you get your podcast into iWeb, publishing it is a snap. You can copy/paste the RSS link into the iTunes store submission window and in a few days your podcast will be on the iTunes store -- for free!

Sorry about the fast movements in the movie. It was my first time making a movie that follows my cursor. I'll be more careful next time.
